30-Day Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • USA Only: We currently ship and accept returns only within the United States

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Timeline:

  • Processing: 3-5 business days after receiving return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method
  • Refund Amount: Full purchase price including taxes
  • Shipping Costs: Free returns on all USA orders

Note: Depending on your bank, refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges on all eligible items.

  3. We'll ship your new item with free shipping within USA
  4. Return the original item within 30 days

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items (marked as "Final Sale")
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear
  • Personal care items (earbuds, headphones)
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse

Shipping & Returns

Return Shipping: We provide free return labels for all USA orders. Simply contact our support team to get your prepaid return label.

Note: QZ Store currently ships and accepts returns only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Tell us which items you'd like to return
  3. Reason for return (optional but appreciated)
  4. We'll send you a free return label within 24 hours
  5. Pack your items and drop off at any USPS/UPS/FedEx location
